"The young bald dude said he had one product in stock over the phone. When we got there, he sold us a different product, saying the thing he said they had didn't exist. Then when our plumber went to get a part, the same fellow admitted he didn't know what he was talking about but had no problem talking smack about us, after we spent several hundred dollars in the store. Nice."

"This store never answered any questions always say we are not an electrician can't get them out of behind desk there Service is zero to none I left there went to Eliot electric in tulsa they helped me showed what they were talking about after the sale they helped me to my truck and helped load it I am done with lock supply"
"Worst experience ever ! Listened to my tech order my units and when Locke gave them the wrong unit after I went and paid and said exactly what I was there to pay for, they will not own up to they’re mistake and want to play head games to worm out of it . And said they don’t listen to they Customer that is paying and that they only listen to the tech that did the ordering! Really cause we both said the same thing ! I think they need hearing test!"
