"I placed a mobile order for one happy meal at 10 pm. I also wanted to add an additional apple pie just to buy separately but before i could even say anything the man with light dirty brown hair and his hair sticks out bushy from his hat cut me off before i could even say my sentence and told me no there’s someone else behind my car ( one car and i wanted one apple pie) i could’ve simply pulled around if he would’ve told me that other than yelling at me. Find new employees, they are so rude and awful at this location. I’ll be emailing to corporate McDonalds as well after leaving this review."
"Always horrible customer service. Took forever to receive our food, was missing my burger, could not get anyone to stop and talk to me. Food was ok once I received it. Fountain drinks all tasted flat. Not family friendly music playing on the radio, including Slim Shady."
"This is how I get my large coffee every time it’s door dashed. It’s barely over half full, it’s a total rip off. Good luck calling if you have a complaint or question, they refuse to answer the phone."
"It has been at least 6 times for breakfast and dinner where I used my reward for a free large fry or a hash brown and have not received it. I tried calling the store at 6:20 twice only to be hung up on. I am tired of leaving a message for door dashers to double check my order because the restaurant should be triple checking it before it leaves. Fix this."
"I have a food allergy that could harm me. Ordered online (fine), but when I got back to work I saw that it was wrong. I didn’t have the time or patience to go back, but when I called to ask about it they had pulled their phone off the hook… I can assume that because I’ve been trying for an hour."
