"I will say that some of the staff members are excellent, although I experienced very rude behavior from a certain girl today. She was being extremely awful towards one of her coworkers! The coworker she was picking on was obviously younger than her, maybe just a bad day? I hope so. If not I hope management does something. My drink was good, just had a not very friendly experience."
"I hope I have the right store, Lola is a great asset to this store. She has been nothing but sweet and is always more than willing to take care of me when I come through. She even remembers my name! Please give her kudos from me for doing such a great job everyday."
"Love the holiday season coffees. We have tried all of them. Pumpkin spice is still my favorite but they all taste great. Fast service and great employees. Nice job!"
"Want to like this place more. Staff is really nice but that's about all that's going for it. Wifi is consistently not working. I usually have to tether. The bathroom is just bad. Always dirty. The whole store doesn't feel very clean. Tables are often dirty when I sit down. Keep the staff but maybe some remedial training to get things cleaned up."
