Einstein Bros. Bagels

"I work in dining services so what I'm writing is based on that knowledge. Don't come to this one. Ever. I came to this restaurant for the first time with my family (not my first experience with Einstein's Bagels though). We ate inside and I could see where they were making the eggs. The lady was handling the raw eggs and then never changing gloves before moving the finished ones to the Merco. That was bad enough. Then I watched her drop the spatula onto the floor. Instead of taking it to the dish sink and properly cleaning it, she literally rinsed it off in the hand washing sink for less than 5 seconds. No sanitizer or anything. Worse after picking it off the floor with her gloves on, she never changed them so they were cross-contaminated. She went back to handling the food using the same gloves. I watched one guy with a heavy beard working in the back without a beard net. No one greeted us although the one who took our order was pleasant once we had made our decisions. Employees sitting behind us listen to videos loudly, so hearing two separate things that loud made talking with my wife difficult. No one looked like they even cared about their job or about us as guests. The only thing positive was the food was pretty good but after seeing her cook the eggs afterwards made my egg bagel less appealing. I will never come back to this restaurant ever. I spent $40 today and it's the last you'll get from me."

"...if a customer is asking questions and unsure it is usually a good sign they are new to the establishment...therefore when you, as an employee, make a joke about said customers lack of knowledge and the length of time they are taking to order it reflects poorly upon this location AND the company as a whole. There were no other customers in either the dine in line nor the drive thru so while the two of you stood over the half made order waiting maybe you should have been more courteous instead of laughing and joking about them. And while the food was decent...the haphazardly slapped together assembly and missing ingredient were not worth your ridicule."

"They wanted me to update my review. So here is my updated review. After going back multiple times to see if they changed, but I guess they know who I am because I get worse service now than before. Even after i complained, Now, every day i have gone in here, I get the worst blueberry muffins ever. It's like they are days old!! I usually have no problem here if I go through the drive thru, but this was horrible! I went inside and stood there for over 5 minutes, and everyone kept looking at me. No customers were in there, and they weren't busy! No one would help me. I counted 6 people!! I finally got fed up and walked out and had to go in the drive thru, and no, they only had 1 car in drive thru. I placed my order, and this is what I got!!! It's burned! Also, what is in my butter??? I won't be back!!!"

"Great bagels. They have an outdoor patio. Coffee bar is nice. Great display of Barbies in the women’s bathroom. Staff is friendly. The taste of the food is consistent and the hash brown bagel is the best! I would highly recommend for any person who is wanting a delicious bagel and a nice cup of coffee."

"Went looking for a new breakfast spot and have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food here. Bagels are one of those foods that can be easily messed up, whether they are too dense or simply don't have much flavor, but these were perfect. We ordered the bagelrito and the all-nighter and both were excellent, though the jalapeño garlic aoili on the all-nighter will definitely leave your mouth tingling. I wasn't super impressed with the coffee. It tasted watered down and had a very strange chemical after taste. We will definitely be back for more bagels! Also, the drive thru lane is awesome for food on the go or if you simply prefer not to go inside during Covid-19 precautions."
