"I really wish I could leave a review on the services but I can’t seem to ever catch them open. I’ve been 3 times during the hours posted on their door but the doors are locked with no one around."

"FIRST TIME CUSTOMER HERE: First of all the name should not be one day cleaners. I dropped off on Wednesday and was told I could pick up the next day after 4. I went back to pick up and drop off 4 more items. I was missing 3 items and was simply told because they didn’t get done in time. I was confused as I wasn’t aware they didn’t clean the clothes on site but drive to OKC to drop off and pick up daily. I asked the woman working if this happens often, after she glared at me like I had done something wrong she replied, “yes it happens often.” So I in turn said “so false advertisement” and giggled. The woman didn’t find humor in it. She hung my items that were ready up next to the counter and took my payment. After returning my card she just stood and stared at me again. She said “you can grab your stuff and leave.” I asked if she would like to know what I wanted done with the clothes I brought in to drop off. She rolled her eyes and said I assumed what you had done to the others. Again, first time customer so really had no way of knowing my preferences. I told her what I wanted and asked if this would be the service I got all the time because I would drive out of my way to go back to my old dry cleaners. She rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. I got my things and left. I went back today and my 3 missing items are still missing. The extra heavy starch I asked for is very hit and miss. I don’t think I would trust them with much. Looks like I will be making the 40 mile round trip to my old dry cleaners. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!"

"Tried them a couple times last year and they were trash. Tried them again this year thinking they might of gotten better, still trash. Don’t waste your time or money"

"Definitely needs a name change, one day is not realistic. Went to drop off today (Thursday) and was told pick would be Monday."

"Twice in a row they have only starched half of my clothes. And the half that they did starch is trash. 10/10 would NOT recommend"
