"I ordered a large hot latte through the app, on 3/11, when I got to the window I was handed a medium iced drink. When I told them that wasn’t my order, they came back and said they didn’t have large but could do a small and a medium. I asked for a refund and was told the refund would process within the week. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no refund. They had poor service and also kept my money without giving me a drink."

"I am very upset as a loyal customer of this scooters. I have been going to the scooters since it opened. I go there every day seven days a week same time every night. All the night people know who I am. And I come around like clockwork every night. So when I go to order my drink this evening, I go to pay with the app, and it tells me to update it. So I update the app real quick, Then it tells me to login. When I try and login, it says, please try again later. I always pay with the app because my husband and I only have one debit card so I attach my card to the app and he has the physical card. I tried multiple times and it wouldn’t let me login. They already made the drink because I didn’t have the money on me. They said I’m sorry have a good day. I understand if they don’t know who I am, To be a loyal customer for almost 3 years and the amount of money I spend at that location alone, which is thousands of dollars a year, They couldn’t say oh don’t worry about it just pay us tomorrow. Knowing I’m there every night. I went home and got my debit card from my husband and went to a scooters that was 20 minutes away just so I didn’t go back to this location. You’ve lost a well-known customer. I understand it’s a business, But all those girls know me. They know exactly what I order every night, I would’ve paid the next day, Are you gonna double."

"I have been a loyal customer since this place opened. I have come everyday for 2 years. It used to be so friendly and such. Since y’all let go that lady manager go, it went down hill. Multiple occasions I’ve come at night and they close the blenders down so early. It’s frustrating because I work nights and I haven’t been able to get my drink. I’ve come at 8:30 and the open sign is already turned off. I also get the feeling that some (not all) of the new night crew has a chip on their shoulders and gets frustrated when I order a blended drink. I get nervous ordering because I don’t need the attitude before I go into work. I think you have lost a super loyal customer and it’s very disappointing."

"I ordered a 3 pack of donuts and they were hard as a rock and when I said something they just told me there was nothing they could do about it. I’ve come to expect better service than this from them and I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t receive that at this location. I’ll definitely be sticking to my usual location from now on."
