"30 minutes in the drive thru a 10 minutes of that time waiting for someone to just come man the window Having paid and ordered ahead and they where out of part of my order I couldn’t talk through a refund as I was already late for a meeting They are just too busy and understaffed the interior doesn’t get cleaned and the guy supposed to run the drive thru was running around making drinks and getting buckets of ice. Maybe it will be better once the novelty wears off"
"I’m so thrilled to have a Starbucks finally in Durant. I think everyone else in Durant and even surrounding towns is just as excited so business at this location had been crazy. So I understand why orders haven’t been getting out as fast. Still the workers are extremely friendly even through the chaos. I hope they will be able to get more workers soon to help with this problem."
"Open one week and its a dump. They only rinse stuff so if your allergic to any flavor they have your going to get it. Nuts pistachios mago strawberry etc. And twice the price as other starbucks"
"Very expensive small cup of Soy Latte - $6.xx. I bought it just so I can eat my homemade lunch inside the restaurant. New shop - kinda chaotic. Plus: They let me bring my own lunch and eat it there."
"I’m a HUGE fan of Starbucks coffee. And every experience I’ve had with Starbucks has been top notch…..except this one. Line moved slower than any I’ve visited. Tried to pass me someone else’s order. Then they must have found mine in the dirty corner of the floor somewhere because it looked very old, and had melted (frap) and basically “unmixed” itself. First time I’ve ever thrown one away after one drink."
