"All these negative reviews are 1yr+ at this point. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always gone well."

"I always walk by and since Agee I wanted to get something from here but never did. The shop inside book a million is really pretty and an inviting place. But the jung guy who works there is always looking so bored and annoyed that I decided otherwise. Last time I saw him playing with his chewing gum and then preparing coffee. No washing or anything. Thank you. No. I wished thos place would have better worker. Would definitely be better fir this place. Or the employee from book a million should run it as well."

"I don’t understand the point of having a coffee place advertising a bunch of great sounding coffees, only to be told they can’t make any of them, or they are out of the supplies needed to make them. I then settle for something different, only to have it taste like watered down mocha instead of the cheesecake I ordered. Not to mention, the male employee who looked and acted like he’d rather be doing anything else than serving coffee. Next time, we will stick with books and skip the overpriced mocha water."

"I waited in line just to place my order for 15 minutes. All to have to explain my simple order 4 times while the barista lazily struggled to find my items on the computer for another 5 minutes. All to have gotten 2 of the wrong flavored smoothies, and the worst iced latte I’ve ever had. My coffee was warm, and was made from obviously reused grounds. Might as well have been warm coffee water all for a 30 minute wait."
