It's more than just a coffee shop! "We pulled up around 10:30pm on a Friday night. Ordered a black sweet tea and a hot blondie. Both were really good! Server was super nice and bubbly, she kept us laughing."
"******* update to my post. I emailed as they requested and they gave me credit for two drinks. I went today to get those. The young lady came out from inside and said I realized that you did not get the appropriate drinks the last time I want you to try these before you leave, I tried it and it was a little better. She made a recommendation that I asked for extra sweet and she ran in and fixed them. I have to say that they were 100 times better, but more than that was disposition of the young lady. She was very friendly very positive and very helpful. Thank you so much you have earned my business I My new coffee place!!! This is my 2nd visit for me and both times my drink is undrinkable. Frustrating to spend $7 on a cup of hot milk! It shouldn’t be that difficult. It’s a mocha made with breve."
"It’s a decent place. I like the idea of it and got well made coffee there before. But the biggest issue is the screen switching too fast for people to read and choose something that’s not a specially selected menu item that will give you diabetes from one sip. The girl that was taking my order (purple hair strands in the front), did not select the items I listed properly. She even read it back to me and it was correct but the drink was completely wrong and I was too far away to come back to get it fixed. There’s always a hiccup with something when I order there. I hope the process can be simplified in the future and they improve their service."
