"This morning, we visited Dunkin' after placing an online order. Upon arrival, we discovered that the item listed on the app wasn't available at this location (an issue with the app, not the store). However, the manager exceeded our expectations by providing an upgraded version of our original order and demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. I highly recommend this store for its outstanding staff and excellent coffee!"
"The service was probably, by the owner, but regardless was excellent. He went above and beyond to even bag some beans for me when he did not have them in the store to sell. This is the type service we are missing at most places across our nation. He cares about his customers. Also, the House Blend coffee, made at the store, is the best (IMO) of all fast food coffees I have had to date - actually better than most basic restaurant coffees. I look forward making it at home with the beans he gave me."
"Have been to many Dunkin’s but this is one of the best! The staff is so friendly and willing to go out of their way to help the customers. Pup friendly and even offered a pup cup without even asking for one. Clean, fresh coffee and food, no compromise there! You can tell. Its my favorite spot for the best coffee in town or traveling through."
"Went in there not knowing what I wanted and remembered that someone I follow has a special drink made here and the employees were more then happy to make it for me. Glad I did because it taste great! Thanks DD"
"Very clean establishment and friendly staff! My normal drink, the Caramel iced Coffee however tasted terrible. I went back and they added more sugar but it didn't help. Dunkin needs to verify the ingredients because something is definitely off. Others have mentioned the same thing too me."
