"I will put 0 star if I could! I bought the buy 2 get 3 massages package and never get to use it, because their schedule is always full. I called them again this year, and the lady told me that they will not do anything nor refunds. Save your money and go somewhere better!"

"I called today to make an appt for a gift card that I had received a few yrs back and was told the gift card is only good for one year. Nothing about expiration dates was on my printed gift card. Personally, I feel like that is bad business. Gift cards should never expired. Be happy that people supported your business by buying gift cards to share with their loved ones or co-workers. Beware and save your money, don’t buy their gift cards."

"Purchased a Groupon, for come to find out double for what I could have purchased from the salon. I contacted the owner Frank about this and instead of apologizing he just wanted to argue and make me feel dumb for buying from a "third party" instead of from the salon. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone ever! The worst customer service and from the owner of all people. Do not go to this salon!"
