"Man. I really want to like having a Dunkin here in Yukon.. the people here are nice but the service is very slow. And the Donuts just don't seem to be as good as other DUNKINS i have been to. The Maple donuts in particular are pretty sad looking. Hope they can tighten the ship a bit over time."
"I only live five minutes down the road so ordering online has never been a problem. This morning we ordered on the Dunkin app. Picked up the order and 3 out of 4 sandwiches had water in the middle or were cold. My hot coffee was not hot. The only thing that was good was the tea. Management needs to do something"
"Walked in and was helped right away. They had the donut in stock that I wanted at 8:30 AM. The cold brew hit like it always does. The parking lot is a little strange for big trucks to maneuver but other than that everything was great. All the one star reviews here, people need to stop being little babies. New stores always have to find a rhythm on grand opening at least for a couple months. I wish they’d invite me over so I can critique the hygiene of their homes and their bland food. Grow up! Thanks Dunkin always a pleasure :)"
"Did a walk-in order through the app, 2 drinks and 3 food items. It was a 20 minute wait since they were busy and still new, so the wait was expected. But the drinks were good and the food was great!"
