"I made an appointment for 10am. I arrived promptly to my appointment and was seated at a pedicure chair immediately. 50 minutes later I was still waiting for my pedicure. What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 50 minutes? I left and the staff was unbothered by the situation. Horrible customer service and I won’t be back."
"Daughter & I went there for the 1st time recently. Gentlemen was really good with my 7 year old. Loved drinking wine with my pedicure. Only complaint is that the shellac seems really thick but otherwise good experience. I'll be back!"

"My wife called this morning and asked if she could make an appointment. We live an hour away but our daughter in law got her an appointment here earlier this month and she had a great experience then. Today, however, she was told to just come in. So she drove the hour and then was made to wait. A woman with others in tow came in for an appointment and got in right away. My wife tried to make an appointment but was told it wasn't necessary but then she gets made to wait for over an hour after driving an hour? That's terrible customer service. She won't be going back. She doesn't write reviews but customer service is very important to me. Pay attention to the reviews. Good service = good reviews.
