"Will never use this company again. The hose they used knocked chunks of paint off of the corners of my walls and also left blue stains on the paint. I contacted them several times by email and phone. I even emailed photos of the damage. The receptionist is friendly and says she will have the owner contact me, but that never happens.. I understand accidents happen, but an ethical business would try to make this right. On another note, I'm not sure how clean the carpet actually gets. I couldn't see much difference. Also, it took 30+ hours for the carpet to completely dry, with ceiling fans on high!"
