"This place has earned my business indefinitely. I needed something sewn ASAP and the lady at the desk said she was too busy and couldn't get to it today. I went out to my truck to make some calls, and saw her walking up to my window. She told me to hand her the items I needed done and that she would be right back. Within 5 minutes everything was complete and absolutely perfect. I'm very grateful she took the time to help me out. 5 stars all the way!"
"Shrunk a high quality, very expensive sweater of mine, and gave me back another sweater with lint all over it. I didn’t know about either of those until I got home. The lady also gave me attitude about paying with a card (I saw no signs about paying cash) when I went to pay and the clincher is: they have the machine to pay with a card. She complained that they have to pay if I use a card but then charged me to use my card without telling me they would charge me for it. Just a poorly run business that doesn’t do your clothes well. And attitude to boot!"
"I brought my husband's ASUs to this "business", gave them the jacket, short sleeve button down shirt, and pants. When I picked up the uniform they gave me the jacket, long sleeve shirt, and pants. The incorrect uniform still had lint all over it. I told the lady I know what I gave you, and this isn't even the correct size. Where is the short sleeve shirt? She said this is what you gave me, I do not have a short sleeve shirt. The owner did not attempt to remedy the situation and insisted that I still pay full price. Highly disappointed."
