Posh Nail Bar

"The good: Talented techs, great pedicures as far as painting and massage goes, complimentary drink. The bad (and why I won't be returning): Price transparency is questionable, and this place is GROSS. The bathroom was dirty dirty, looked like it was given a customary wipe down once a night but the floors are telling with the grime in the corners. While they do use liners during their pedicures, the state of the bathroom makes me question how often their pedicure tubs are cleaned, jets and all. I watched a woman immediately get moved into the same tub I was in previously without even a wipe down, just a liner change. I also watched them use a cheese grater callous file on a woman's feet and that's just not a safe way to remove calluses. This place is a MRSA infection waiting to happen."

"I made an appointment a week in advance to get my nails filled. I came to my appointment 2 minutes late. There were a few ladies getting pedicures and several staff sitting around not doing anything milling about. The manager told me to wait at one of the booths and offered me a water or soda to drink. I told her water is good for me and she bought me a small bottle of water. About 30 minutes pass and I ask the manager how much longer do I need to wait because I made an appointment. She tells me 2 more minutes until one of the ladies doing a pedicure is done. After I went back to my seat she proceeded to speak in I believe Vietnamese to the other worker looking at me. I wanted to get my upper lip waxed so she proceeds to direct me to one of the waxing rooms for that. She does my wax and barely let's me hold the handheld mirror no longer than a few seconds to see how she did. I go back to my seat and look in a mirror I had in my purse and see that she missed a hair. I started to say something but thought better of it. About eight different women walk in for pedicures and they all get help from staff within a couple of minutes. A staff finally comes over to me and apologizes for my wait and starts doing my nails after almost 40 minutes of being there. She ended up doing a decent job with my nails but I don't think it was right for them to treat me the way they did. The whole time I was there several customers walked in and got help immediately while I made an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes to get service. I don't think I will ever go back ."

"I had a highly unsatisfactory visit to Posh Nail Bar,and I feel compelled to share my experience. From start to finish, my visit was marred by a series of disappointments and frustrations. Firstly, the nail technicians who attended to me was extremely careless and caused unnecessary pain. While trimming my cuticles, they cut too deeply, causing bleeding on my manicure and pedicure. Despite my clear discomfort and requests to stop, they continued without showing any concern for my wellbeing. It was an uncomfortable and distressing experience that left me questioning their professionalism and skill. Additionally, the nail design I requested for my manicure was not like the picture I provided, the color on my pedicure did not match my manicure and looked as if my 5 year old painted my nails. To make matters worse, after the first attempt failed, the salon provided me with a second technician who also struggled to achieve the desired results. It was frustrating to have paid for a service that required multiple attempts but still fell short of expectations. After speaking with the “manager” who’s reading was that the technician did not speak good English, instead of rectifying the situation, the salon offered a mere $5 discount on the $15 they charged for the nail designs. This gesture felt insincere and did not adequately compensate for the subpar service I received. Overall, my visit to Posh Nail Bar was an incredibly disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism, the disregard for my comfort and safety, and the failure to deliver the requested nail design have left me with no desire to return to this establishment. I strongly advise others to seek alternative nail salons that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold higher standards of service."

"My first experience coming here was amazing!! Tooooday...was the absolute worse. The lady was very rude, she rushed throughout the whole process, she seemed very impatient taking long and noticeable breathes like she didn't want to be there. While she was rushing, clenching my fingers really hard hurting me while filing my nails...everytime.. my nails are all suppose to be coffin shaped and they weren't shaped well at all. No cuticle oil. I felt rushed and unappreciated. That lady really needs to do better. If she didn't want to work on my nails she could have ask someone else to do them. I did not mind waiting. I will be back next week to get them fix bc I like this place sooo much but Lord help me If I have to get that lady again. 1 more thing...$70 for a simple fill?"
