"They lost my pallet. For 3 weeks they could not deliver despite having the pallet at their warehouse, lied to me that they attempted to deliver, they never showed up or called. The girl at customer service put me on hold for long time and hung up on me. Terrible compay and staff. Never use central transport"

"Delivered wrong pallet to me with wrong paperwork and would not pick up pallet contacted the owner of the pallet they also have had no luck getting them to make it right and get the shipment to the right location the pallet has been dump in shipment and and restacked and wrap but label was lost and now they will not pick it up without label or tracking number. they do not care about getting their shipment to you."

"I want to make it clear we did not elect to use this company, the product we ordered through Home Depot was handled by them. I was contacted on a Wednesday afternoon about scheduling delivery for the next morning. Waited around all morning and no one showed, so I checked the tracker and it had changed to Friday. No big deal, delays happen. Waited around till noon on Friday before calling. When I called they acted as if we had never spoken, but assured me delivery would be Monday morning. On Monday my partner called right away. There was some phone tag before he was told delivery would be in about 45 minutes, but then they called back immediately to tell us it had actually been delivered. When my partner arrived at the house they had left a very large appliance on a pallet in the middle of our driveway and were already gone. On their way out they somehow managed to run into some lower large limbs on our neighbors' tree, causing a great deal of damage that the city had to be called to handle. Our neighbors told us the delivery men were rude and completely dismissive, which came as no surprise. If you're ordering a shipment from Home Depot, check to see if this incompetent company is handling it, and if so, cancel. It's not worth the headache."

"Do not use this company if you want to keep customers happy. Been trying to get a delivery for two days now and finally was able to get someone one the phone only for them to lie to me saying they called to try and arrange delivery. I confirmed that had the correct number and asked when specifically he called since it was my direct cell number. I also went through and read every number I had a call from the day he called and none were his because it was a lie. Once he was caught in the lie his response was I don't know what to tell you we will get it to you tomorrow. Seriously do not use them!!!"

"We ordered tile through Home Depot on September 11, 2019. Central transport is the transportation service in charge of transporting and delivering the pallets of tiles to our house. I am very VERY disappointed in the amount of shipping time. It’s 8 days later, the delivery date has changed 3 times. I was told by customer service I would get a call to expect time of delivery. My fiancé took off work yesterday in anticipation of delivery. All day, nothing. Around 4 pm, the delivery date had changed to the following day. I feel like we are in the dark and there’s no communication. Not a very professional business. Not to mention when I called customer service I was on hold for 20 minutes and never got to talk to anyone. I sent an email and was replied to within minutes. Don’t really understand that concept, but sure. Would highly recommend avoiding using Central Transport if at all possible."
