"When I first got the loan. They were nice & very helpful. Atmosphere is fair. They were very nice when they called to remind you of your payment due. I fell on hard times & was without a job for 6 months, within the 6th month, my parent actually paid $25 on my behalf of my $200 loan. They consented to that charge and let them know I'd have the full payment in Mid-Feb. Today is Friday the 16th of Feb and they charged my parents bank card, without consent, TWO TIMES in ONE day of $100ea! They didnt call/text and even ask to do it, they just did it. It is ridiculous to charge someone that isn't even on the loan or married to that person's account without consent! After I pay, I won't be back! I understand people want their money but that isn't the right way to do business. It should've been in the notes within the system that I was paying when I could, not when they wanted to or felt it was time. People fall on hard times, sometimes. Unbelievable!"

"I had been traveling and they tried to take unauthorized payments from my cashapp that was NOT AUTHORIZED! They just looked up my cashapp by using my number. I did not give them permission! That's illegal! Will not ever use them again!"
