"The UPS center in Woodward is not about getting customer's packages delivered to them. Their main concern is keeping as many customers as possible at arms length or further away. It's the customer that pays the freight on these packages & that pays their wages. Maybe it's company policy that keeps this place so inaccessible, only operating on very few hours."
