"Look no further quality restoration took great care of us in the middle of our flood crisis. Our hose was left on and we came home to a flooded basement. Josh and Gustavo were at my house within an hour of contacting them. They went through my basement and tested the moisture to see what I was needing done. They set up fans and a dehumidifier. They were very knowledgeable and professional. After three days, Spencer came to make sure our needs were met and clean up all the equipment. The Employees were so easy to work with, it was a no hassle experience! We would recommend Quality restoration to any of our friends and family."

"Quality restoration gets an easy five star review. I had another company come Sunday and they sent one man who put fans on my carpet without even removing any water. He told me they would come back the next day early Monday morning.The next day they texted that they wouldn’t be there until the afternoon. So I asked my Insurance agent since it was now Monday who I should call. They told me quality restoration. Upon calling said they could be there within an hour and they were at my house within 45 minutes. They put down pads and everything they needed when they walked on my carpet to go downstairs. Of course, the other company didn’t do that. They came pulled up the carpet got rid of the pad and immediately set up fans. They came back like they said, and checked my walls and carpet to see if the moisture was gone. They are working with my insurance company and I couldn’t be happier with them. They easily get a six star review."

"We are in the middle of our project right now as they have started the remediation as I can't be more impressed with this company! We had / have water damage from a pipe that broke and in less than an hour of my call to Lisa yesterday, we had a crew out here starting to remove the carpet, pad, flooring, baseboards, sheetrock. The crew chief Gustavo was very thorough, professional and communicated with me on everything they were doing. Today, Jordan came over to check the remaining moisture level in the damaged rooms after we had like 12+ fans running throughout the day and he gave me the readings and we've reduced the moisture levels from 99% to 27% and they will be checking again tomorrow. I have been so impressed I had to tell Jordan how remarkable it is to have every member of your company to be on the same page with such great attitudes, professionalism and communication from the office manager, to their remediation crew, to the follow up today with Jordan. I'm confident I'll be just as impressed when I meet the project manager and estimator (Ben and Eric) in a couple of days once we finishing getting everything dried out. In summary, just a great company to do business with...I can't recommend them enough!"
