"What a great experience with Chelsea. She made sure my 10 year old son had the best haircut. After several bad experiences and other salons for a child with thin blonde. She took time to explain to him how to use a hair product that we bought and took great notes for anybody in the future to see in his chart. We really appreciated the time she took for this appointment. We will definitely be back and he doesn't want anybody else to cut his hair from now on."

"If I could do a no star I would today was the worst experience I have ever had. We always go here and get ppl that are nice and professional, but today the lady we had was extremely rude to us today. Probably the most frustrsting was when he didn't want to wear the cape she got frustrated and ripped the cape back and said i cannot cut his hair if he is going to sit here and be a crazy person, I final said forget it I don't want you cutting his hair we will go else where, she was extremely disrespectful. Every time we have been there nobody has ever had any issues cutting his hair they give him a "sucker" and he sits on my lap and they always get the job done and they do great!"
"This location is my favorite great clips location in the area with the one on memorial behind hideaway pizza being my second favorite. The staff is always friendly and talkative. And my haircuts here have always came out pretty good. I definitely recommend this location. Also they have a Starbucks next door as well for after your haircut if your feeling it!"
