"Do not use this insurance agency. If you’re a professional, look elsewhere. After holding insurance through Full Frame for almost five years, I have had my first claim. I submitted a claim for a broken zoom lens, the claim sat open for 30 days before even being responded to by a claim reviewer. From there, it was nothing but issues with my claim. In the end, 60+ days without a working lens, they offered $160 coverage for a lens that runs $1500 brand new. **Edited to add, even after pushing back on this weak claim response, FullFrame only offered ~$400 on a lens that is still in production and being sold for $1499 on most sites. They cited “depreciation” and started with a price of $1323, but depreciated the lens by $625 to come up with the actual value, before a deductible fee. Disappointing at best."

"Update- they did respond so I am changing my review. I had to make calls to many different branches and it was a lot of work and took up a lot of my time but I was ultimately taken care of and my claim processed and paid out. I filed a claim over a month ago. I have security footage as well as a police report for my stolen equipment and although they stated they would contact me in 7-10 days after filing a claim. NOTHING. Not even a response to my numerous emails asking about the status. It's been over a month. When I called and I finally got someone on the phone they gave me a number to Fortegra who "processes the claim". I was told to ask for the cameras/photography adjuster. The person I finally got on the phone there said they didn't know what I was talking about- it's "not a department". I'm not just out the money I invested in the insurance, I'm also out my stolen equipment even though the policy clearly states it is covered, I'm also out half of my day waiting on hold. I was finally given a number to ANOTHER company and told they would return my call. They didn't. Run around. Complete Scam. I plan to share this info with every photography group I can. I don't want this to happen to anyone else."

"The purchase process for photographer insurance was easy and pain free. The prices for what you get are also very reasonable. I'm cautiously optimistic that my review/feelings will remain positive if I ever have to file a claim, as that's where things really matter."

"It has been 66 days and counting that I have made a claim for a camera of mine. It took over 3 weeks before I even got in contact with service writer. Since then I have had little to no conversations or updates. Last week the the writer reached out to me for the police report which I included in my initial report. I had the phone number, county, and report number when i first made the report.. 66+ days ago. I have sent numerous emails to the claims with no response back.. I have tried calling Fullframe for assistance but the most I have got is email that i was CC'ed in on that again has had no response. After calling.. for the 20+ time FullFrame has given up. They gave me the phone number to insurance company whom the policy is insured through. I call them with the info that was provided by FullFrame and they have NO IDEA where to send me. why am I having to call Fullframe every 3-4 days why am i having to call the company they use for insurance why is all the information mean nothing to Fategra and they have no clue who Fullframe is. 66 and counting days of Fullframe telling to just email Fategra with little to no respone 66 and counting days of nobody trying to figure out whats going on 66 and counting days of no new informations 66 and counting days of not having a camera.."

"Applying and signing up for Full Frame was fast and pain free. Every question I had was answered along the way. Plus, I was able to include my second lens photographer to my coverage for a very reasonable charge. Fantastic experience!"
