"I had the best Ulta experience at this location. I love Ulta and visit many locations,especially in my traveling. I'm like 25 minutes from this location and I was welcomed by Nicole. She was absolutely amazing!! I'm definitely going to use this location instead of the one closest to me because I got such good customer service here. That means alot to me since I have grown up in the customer service industry. She definitely has a passion and it shows. Thanks so much! Be back soon."

"I’m a returning ulta customer, and today I went in to make a return. The employee asked me for a receipt and as I was looking for it she said she can retrieve it on the computer. So I stopped looking for it but then told me I still needed to look for it. We went back and forth a few times and i can tell she was getting agitated. Then she made a comment to her co worker and her co worker responded “ Oh that girl?” and she replied with “ I will tell you later “ . As if i couldn’t hear her, I suspect she was talking about me. I work in customer service as well and I understand sometimes people can be difficult but you wait til they leave to talk about them. Don’t do it front of their face. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in this store."

"The hair stylist was considered " the best" there and 75 $ later ,I had to come back for her to even out the length. That was unacceptable to me for that price. Idk about the store ,but I wouldn't pay for their hair stylist."

"Blanca was absolutely amazing at helping me find quality, affordable products. I have not bought new makeup in almost ten years and Blanca helped me find products that she recommended and talked me through each product and WHY she recommended them. I recommend this Ulta, but they are so lucky to have such a dedicated employee like Blanca who helped not only me but multiple others in the store before and after me. That woman has nailed customer service! I will be going back for anything I need, and recommend if you need help as well like I did, go see Blanca! She will get you taken care of and make sure you leave happy with your products."
