We have been going to Caitlin over five years and we will follow her wherever she lands. "The store manager, Cassie, is absolutely horrible. She always skips over people in line and I’ve witnessed at minimum 4 people just walk out because they’ve either waited forever and she just keeps ignoring them or they’ve been skipped over. She is so spastic and erratic, walking incredibly fast through the cutting area nearly knocking people over and also speaking very unprofessionally about a number of different subjects. Most times she has had a scowl on her face as well. So much so that when my son entered and saw her he said “she’s not cutting my hair is she?” He’s 11. So take that for what you will. We may not be back here if she’s not removed. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear this is not a one off encounter. Her behavior looks and sounds very much like someone on drugs. Caitlin and Tori are ones we have had service with and they’ve both been wonderful. That manager is a nightmare though and I know the staff are begging for something to be done. You can see it on all of their faces."

"Have been using SportsClips in Sherman since I moved out here 4 years ago. Have always gotten an excellent haircut and been treated great by all the stylist. I usually have the manager Cassie cut my hair and she is absolutely the best, but anyone at this location to cut my hair has done an excellent job. I would not even think about going anywhere else."

"I went in checked in my son for his haircut and saw a table of 50% off hair care products and saw something I might want and asked the manager (Cassie) who was training a new stylist how much it costs. She said "If you have a question you can wait until after your stylist is done with your hair." She quickly turned her back on me as I was trying to tell her that I was not getting my hair cut and just wanted to buy the stuff. Because of how rude she was I was about to make this my last visit. Luckily Tori was amazing and saved this visit. When I said to to Tori about the managers rude attitude some other people said that is not uncommon. Please do better especially when you are training a new stylist. Cassie also embarrassed my wife in front of everyone because she brought in her Panda Express while we waited on my son getting his military hair cut., and said her food smells so strong it doesn't even smell like a hair salon anymore."

"DO NOT COME HERE! My fiancé has gotten his haircut there multiple times and it never comes out right but this last appointment was the last straw. A whole chunk of the front of his hair is missing and it’s not blended or even. Do not recommend coming here. He has to go pay for another haircut to get it fixed. She put gel in his hair before she cut it and my fiancé thought that was really odd. Left the salon saying his head hurt from the stylist pulling and snagging his hair."
