"I was hesitant to try new nail salons at first, especially when I was new to the area. I found First Lady Nail, and upon a friend, refer me to Vu. He was very nice and articulate about his artwork. He is very professional and helpful in choosing out the designs. ask for Vu!!"

"I chose the luxury pedicure and my toes were bleeding after the cuticle cut, the sides of my nails weren’t cleaned up and trimmed like other places I’ve been to, and it almost feels like you’re a bother as a customer. I was told to sit in chair 4 and sat there for a good 20+ mins before anyone even walked over to me. There’s an older lady with glasses who works there and she’s often times really rude. I stopped coming here a year ago because of her customer service but today that I decided to give it another shot, it wasn’t the exception. On a positive note, the older male who actually did my pedicure was really nice but just not very gentle or thorough on the feet. I don’t plan on returning here unfortunately."

"Owner was super nice and helpful! Place was clean and used cleaned tools too. Lots of staff available for my appointment. Was a little bummed, though. Went w a friend and had four ppl working on us, two each, while we both got mani-pedis. Her nails turned out 10/10. Gorgeous. It was my first time getting a dip, but I don’t think my nail tech cleaned them up well and a couple of the nail extensions were crooked. Asked my bf too and he said that was his first thought when he saw them but loved the color. My friends nails were amazing though! Hans the guy who did my pedicure and the two techs who did her nails and toes were insanely sweet, patient, and careful with their work. I wish I could give a glowing review for them, but my nail tech was somewhat rude and seemed to rush my nails and stressed me out a little bit. I tipped afterwards for both of us then took some cash and went to the back to go tip Hans and my friend’s techs extra bc they were so awesome, but my nail tech saw me walking to the back and called me back and asked what I was doing and said if I wanted to tip, to give it to her to add and they would just split it. She definitely knew what I was up to and wish she’d have let me thank them for their work. So- bummed w my nails a bit but would still recommend overall, especially considering how nice most of the other staff was and how much my friend enjoyed herself and her nails."

"My first time here and I will be back. I got a pedicure and the lady was so nice and did such a good job on my toes and I absolutely love the color. She worked on the side of my toe. I've has surgery for an ingrown toenail so it tries to grow back where they cut it out. Almost like a scab. Or tough piece of skin. She worked on it and made it look better. That's why in the picture the side of my toe is red. They didn't accidently knick me or anything. I did a 40 pedicure with a pineapple scrub! But I over heard people talking about the milk and honey. So I think I will do that one next time!! They weren't super busy which I loved. Everywhere else I tried this morning had a 45 minute wait or they were closed. But I'm so glad the other places didn't work out because I found this gem!!!"

"I was looking for my new place to get my nails done, and I have found it! Very sanitary with new bags in pedicure wash station to prevent even the slightest doubt of cleanliness, and brand new pedicure tools for every client! The cheapest pedicure is the most extravagant pedicure I have ever had! My two year old came in with me and wanted her nails done, so they did them! Very patient, caring, and sweet with her. I was very impressed! I also got acrylic nails. I wasnt sure what exactly i wanted, and they were very patient with me while I figured it out. It's the best set of acrylics I've ever gotten! Can't wait to go back!"
