"I would never recommend luxury nails in Sherman to anyone. I made an appointment 2 days ago for today and still had to wait 45 minutes to get my nails done. The owner is very rude and condescending to his paying customers. When I checked out I questioned the amount and he told me that they charge extra to actually shape your nails after paying $50 for the nail procedure. This is ludicrous, I would think that shaping the nails would be included in the actual nail procedure. When I got my eyebrows waxed, I had wax on my clothes and in my hair. Very incompetent! I will never go back and I would suggest that no one else does either. Everyone is very rude."

"Me and my friend went in there and she had a manicure and a pedicure done.I had just a pedicure and even said it was my first time having one done and I got the $35 classic she got the milk and honey $70.Towards the end they charged her $115 overall including $45 tip and me $105 including $20 tip which makes no sense how ours was around the same price when I looked at the receipt he charged me for the $50 pedicure.He took our cards while we were getting them done.During it I had tips done on my toes which kept coming off and the girl wasn’t sure how to do the gel so she asked someone to help which they did ,but they could’ve helped her out more in my opinion because after I left three hours later the tip on one already came off and the gel on another toe. The next day I went in to get a refund and he called the cops on me because I said no I do not want to go back there to have them redone I have work and after yesterday when I cried in yalls chair I do not want that happening again. He proceeded to talk about me to other guests while I was on the phone with my mom cause mind you I am a teenage girl and that was my first pedicure cause I am very sensitive about my feet.No hate to the girl that did mine she was very sweet and nice ,but the unprofessional manager (is who I’m assuming the guy was)is very rude.It’s only been two days since and the gel is off three toes and the tip for the big toe is off.Will never be going back!"

"Came here on May 18 to get my nails and feet done for my wedding. Had good experiences here before. Left paying $145 for French nexgen nails and French gel toes. The woman who did my feet was amazing she did great work. I got the $45 aloe pedicure and I did feel like I got my moneys worth on that part. The man who did my nails didn’t do so good- i didn’t get any tips just used my natural short nail. He kept tried convincing me to get tips. Had a charge for shaping my already round nails. I asked for extra work around my cuticles (since I was paying extra for it) and he still failed to get my cuticles like I knew they could have been and also made me bleed pretty bad on thumb in the process because he wanted to rush and get them with the nail drill instead of soaking nails then using cuticle scissors. Then proceeded to paint over the blood. My nails were already lifting only less than a week after. So I was charged for the french nexgen and also had a charge for “tips” when all I used was my natural nail. Please make sure to look at y’alls receipts for extra charges. Pic is 2 days after service. 2 stars, only gave 3 since the lady did well and took her time on my feet."

"Out of all the times I’ve been here, my last visit left me HIGHLY upset. I went in for a pedicure and nexgen nails. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted done and it was nothing like the picture I showed her. I normally would spend $85 total for both , and Tip but this time they charged me $115. The charged me $25 for “gel design” which was literally the thinnest white line, she said it was to last longer. It’s been a week and my nails look as if I’ve had them longer than a week. They could of just done the whole nail in nexgen dip instead of trying to rob me out of more money. & also 2 nails have dents in them. I can say I will never go back."

"Today was my first time coming here and the service was amazing! Julie did an AMAZING job on my nails, as well as the lady who did my pedicure! Everyone was very nice, professional and I will definitely be coming back!"
