"This shop is a complete joke. Not only did they mess up my nails when I asked them to fix it the one doing my nails had the audacity to tell me it’s my fault. I will never be back to this nail shop at all. To make it even worse I was from out of town and was treated horribly."
"I had a terrible experience at this nail shop. The staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in providing good service. The quality of the manicure I received was subpar - the polish was streaky. I didn't feel comfortable during my visit. The prices were high considering the poor quality of the service. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone looking for a quality manicure experience. The man doing my pedicure forgot to put top coat on my nails because he was rushing when I asked him to fix my nails because I didn’t like them. The man doing my pedicure was good though. I’m sad to have to write this knowing that the gentleman doing my toes was patient but I will never go back! Even after stating my concerns he questioned everything I said, he didn’t even clean my cuticles up. It was by FARTRR the worst experience."

"worst nails i have ever had. i’ve had dip powder on my real nails for 2 years straight and i never break a nail if they’re done correctly. These nails were not done correctly. The nail tech only dipped my nails in the powder 1 or 2 times so the color was still so transparent that you could see the scratches on my nails from scraping off my previous set. she said that was just the color i picked and i told her that i would not like them to be transparent/ see through… so she painted a different colored gel polish over them... then I had to ask for another coat because my nails were so thin I knew they’d break, the paint job was not good as well my nails had bubbles and the sides aren’t painted. the shape was also not what i wanted and i had to completely reshape them after. They also charged me for gel polish so payed $55 instead of $40. this was days ago and one of my nails broke in half- very painful and bloody and another just broke out of the blue. i now have to get them done again since these are my real nails and are very painful to break. 0/5 stars will never return"
