"Im a Veteran simply looking to cover a $300 deductible for my Dental since I’m not 100% disabled nor at all. This company asked for collateral on my new car for $300…….a $42,000 car…..then the owner I guess, was BEYOND rude-pulled my credit twice which does affected it….was told I was approved-all documentation needed, and BAM….well $300 is like $30,000 to us (really) …..I’m not sure how nor why this company has such good reviews but not only are they extremely RUDE and unprofessional….I am simply in awe. In awe. Saved over $2400 myself and was questioned over $300? A single woman? Really? And a Veteran? And you want me to put my expensive paid off car down as collateral? $300 is $30,000 for you? Lady I’m much more intelligent than that. I hope one day I wont be court ordered to testify for or against you when I do graduate. The chump change u make won’t compare, and the judgement as well. Do better people, do better. Different sides to every story but FACTS ARE FACTS. Do better!"

"Horrible business!!! I’m a disabled veteran who was trying to get a loan from this place and was pre approved. Got a call telling me to come and fill out the necessary paperwork so that they could process the loan. Once I arrived, the manager or supervisor on duty started berating the employees in front of every in the store which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. After she finished berating her employees, my paperwork made it to her desk. She asked out loud in front of everyone“why does he get soo much disability compensation from the government” no one answered so she asked again out loud! I tried to keep my composure and then she proceeded to get up and come ask me to my face why is it that the government is compensating me that much for my disabilities. I told her it’s non of her business. She proceeded to say well I don’t see no limbs missing so why would they pay you that much!! Which infuriated me to the point where I exploded and showed her exactly why I’m on disability as I cussed her out from here to the Moon! I called corporate and they were less than helpful, didn’t apologize, didn’t follow up with me to let me know how this was taken care of! This place does not respect veterans or at least veterans of color!! And to think you get pre approved just to be told to come up to the business so that the person running the business can disrespect you and your service to this country!!"
