"There was a time I would have given a 5 star rating. However I recently purchased some crochet braids. Two of the packages were $9.99 and the other 2 packages $11.99. Same brand, row, packaging everything. I basically paid two different prices for the 4 packages. Although it's only a few dollars- it's the principle of it all. If you missed the re- pricing that's on you- the $9.99 should have stood for the other two purchases of the same. Needless to say that was enough to now cause me to shop elsewhere primarily because of the attitude taken on making it right."
"The new owner and staff are very helpful. They help you find exactly what you're looking for whether it's hair or products. If she doesn't have it, she will get it for you! I went in looking for burgundy tracks for my 1st sew in. The hair was a really nice texture. My hair came out great! I kept it for 6 weeks."
