"I have never left a negative review for a business because I understand how hard it is out here. That being said, this place is a biohazard and they absolutely destroyed my hands and nails. They were incredibly rough to the point I wanted to leave halfway through but didn't want to be rude. Left with bleeding nails and not even the design I wanted. Polish was all over my hands. The tools they used appeared dirty and I guarantee they didn't disinfect them after cutting me. So who knows who else's blood is on their tools."

"Went in for a dip and noticed instantly the older man didn’t use the white powder as the initial step. He did three layers of dipping powder and today is day three and I already have three nails with large cracks down the middle. Man was very shaky without a steady hand."

"Lovely salon with excellent service. I was immediately welcomed and seated within 10-15 minutes of walking in the door. The man who did my services, Kim, he was very polite and made sure he confirmed what I wanted. When I was seated for my pedicure he set a towel on my lap, due to my wearing a dress. I found this very respectful and appreciated it greatly, he did this before he even started my services. Once moving to my acrylics he took care to confirm what I wanted regarding shape and color. He even advised me to a better option to make look better. He was very tedious in making sure the shape was what I wanted and looked good. Overall I was very impressed with the salon and will definitely return. I will add, if you prefer someone who talks to you throughout your services, he didn’t do that but I prefer it that way I usually get on my phone and relax. I’m there to decompress and get away from my social life so it was nice to be in the quiet with music for a bit."

"It’s been about a year since I’ve used Diamond. I just prefer to go to Yukon. I was in a time crunch and decided to try them again. Firstly the owner was rude about me not using a local business. He was also very rude to the girl at the front desk. She quoted a lady a 30 minute wait time(which was probably about accurate) and she decided she didn’t want to wait so he ate her out in front of everyone for not telling the lady 15 minutes. It’s been a 8 days since I got my nails done(dip on my natural nails) $55.00 and 6/10 of my nails are broken. I will never go back and won’t recommend them to ANYONE"
