"I was very disappointed in the service I received at the Fort Union store. There were 5 employees walking around the store. I was not greeted when I came in, and I felt I had to beg just to get help finding what I needed. I am used to entering a shoe establishment, being greeted, and having a salesperson aid me in finding what I am looking for. I would have understood if the store was busy, but the employees seemed more concerned with talking to each other than paying attention to the customers."

"Decent selection and clean, organized store. Staff did not seem knowledgeable and even told me they could not help me find what I was looking for and they likely didn't have it. I ended up finding it on my own and showing the staff member who said they didn't know what to tell me. I did not feel welcomed by the staff, and I waited several minutes to check out. I ended up walking to the back to ask another employee for help checking out. They rolled their eyes and walked up front without saying a word to me. If I didn't need what I was buying for work tomorrow, I would have walked out. I have sent an email to the customer care team."
