"Not EBT CB FRIENDLY If you need to use your EBT Cash go elsewhere. Everyone is very nice and I enjoy coming here but when I do it's a hit or miss whether the employee is trained on how to work EBT cash back. One just tried telling me that I can't use EBT CB for gift cards ...well maybe at 7-11 but Ridley's, Macey's, and every other store beg to differ. The ATM here is supposed to be an Allpoint Bank as well and it doesn't work as such. When I try to get EBT cash back the machine doesn't give me money. I've tried calling the number on the atm that doesn't work either. If someone could please update the system and train your employees I'd change my rating to 5 stars easy. *Photos are from a store I visited right after the employees told me they couldn't help me.*"

"Never going here again. The service is hot garbage when I had an incident with a pump not working properly. They just took my money and didn't give me anything in return even though I'd ask for help. They just said there's nothing they could do. Stay away from this place"

"As someone who used to frequent this place, it used to be good, but has gone downhill fast. It has always been a guessing game on which pump is in service for the day. You always know that you can scan the pumps to look for the bags to see if the pumps are working, but that doesn't save you half the time. Then when you get to the pump, it is always interesting to see what error you are going to get. I've put so much effort into this place that even though it is close I will try to avoid it. This last time I was in a rush and I went through two different cards and tried to go inside, and the guy at the counter saw me and walked off. I tried to get his attention again and he said that he would help me, but by then I just felt like it was time to move on from this place. I wish a different vendor would take over, like Maverick or Holiday, but we got stuck with 7 eleven."
