"I ordered a an IOD stamp my wife had been pining to get for a long time but was always out of stock locally. I found this shop on the web and they had it. I ordered it for a Christmas gift and it arrived super fast. Sadly, it was the incorrect stamp. I reached out since Christmas was only 7 days away to see how we could fix it. The owner emailed back quickly with their phone number and we set up a meet to exchange since we live about 1 hour apart. Met up and they had gift wrapped it ready to put under the tree! Excellent service and problem solving! Thanks so much for going the extra mile!"
