"Glenn Harris bought out the company that carried our liability insurance. Since they have taken the account over, we've had the worst service we've ever had. The person assigned to our account only works part-time so if I need anything, it could be several days before she returns a phone call. I would definitely suggest looking further if you're considering this agency for your insurance need.s"
"IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR DO NOT GO HERE... What i witnessed was Absolutely disgusting ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ They have a male agent that is an impulsive liar & what seemed to me some type of mental psychosis to be able to lie as fast as he did when asked what actually happened. I watched him treat these people beyond terrible then try to explain to his peers (inwhich what was clearly discrimination), but detached having any involvement while going into complete narcissism. I walked right out behind them declining to do business here. What's worse is when i arrived i was told higher management were there, but they never once even made it out to the lobby to de escalate or assure them they wanted their business. Just let them go right out the door while approaching me like I'm royalty due to having same skin as most of the office staff. No thank you! Wont get a $1 from me 2023 WE NEED EQUALITY EVEYWHERE"

I found him not only a good listener, excellent at matching you with the right policy, meeting both your needs and finances. IF HE IS THIS GOOD ON AUTO, he is probably this good on other insurance needs. They can write what is best for you along multiple company lines. .I am on TEAM FANNING!!"
