"As I was walking from the pumps into the store, I tripped on a hole in their drive and was hurt. When I asked the owner about filling out an accident report, he said they didn't have one and just walked away from me."
"Great place! Friendly staff... They are open 5 am - 10:45. Only say that bacause they sometimes close at 10:30 or 10:50pm due to no customers before close. Newley remodeled and American owned. Its now called hooks."
"Good place and very convenient! I read someone left vague review. Personally, i never had any problems ordering fried food here. I usually call em and give em enough time to cook. May be they dont have patience to wait or it was after hours. Completely understandable at that point...☺️☺️"
"I only gave it a two stars because I do like the current manager, she's sweet, and hard working, but lots of her employees don't want to do their job, and you can tell through their rudeness, and lack of actaully doing their job. Twice I went in there to order food, and two different employees told me I couldn't order it because it would take too long. When I was specifically told by another employee that yes I was allowed to order food and they were just being lazy. It would've took them 15-20 minutes. But I'm not going to argue with people about food because I wouldn't put it past them to actually do something to it."
"Just the average gas station. Watch for cops in Catoosa they are total a-holes and will pull you over for stock tint just to run your I.D. and check for warrants."
