"New patient first time customer. Service was great and the DR took time to explain all of my options. Very large selection of frames and staff was patient in helping me find the right ones for me. Took about 10 days for my glasses to be ready which is exactly what they told me at my appointment. Due to my crazy schedule I wasn’t able to pickup right away. I finally had time on a Friday afternoon so I went there assuming they would be open. Turns out they are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays."

"I have been having increasing concerns about my vision. My visit with Dr Chenoweth started with a warm welcome from Cheryl at the front desk. I was soon greeted by Madyson the experienced eye tech who was also warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable and took time to explain all the tests she did. They were painless and quick and I loved no longer having the puff of air test we all dread! Madyson did the 1st part of my eye testing with far and near reading tests. She could tell I was nervous and quickly put me to ease. I noticed my L eye had decreased greatly in acuity and was concerned. Dr Chenoweth came in and completed my exam with a kind and professional manner that I wish all Dr's had. He explained I have cataracts which are affecting my vision as well as extremely dry eyes. we went over every detail as well as treatment options. His tech Jenna was in and so helpful when we discussed treatments for the dry eyes as they do a procedure in the office that opens the clogged tear glands back up to restore moisture in the eyes. It is done in 3 to 4 treatments and I'm excited to be on the schedule for next Friday. I will then follow up with the prestigious eye surgeon Dr Chenoweth has referred me to for a dropless cataract removal. Imagine..not having to do all those eye drops for a month!!.
