"Every time I go in the staff are too busy either with their buddy or something else to show any kind of attention to the customer. The dog is a better employee. They don’t answer questions and on the off chance they do it’s one word or just not very engaging. The Norman location is so far loads better. Don’t have to deal with the dog smell, the employee talks and engages. Go south not north. It sucks for now but maybe will change one day."

"I really love the shop. I wish the staff was more interactive. Answers to my questions were very short. They have thousands of discs and when I asked for a certain kind all I got was we don't have any right now. "Thousands of discs" they just seem like they want to talk to me or try to make a sale. I'll try again but not for a long time. If you know exactly what you want go there. If your a beginner, do your homework first then go when you know what you want. I will say, the disc I did get from them does exactly what I want it to do."
