"I understand that it’s an upsale, but when there is only one person working and a lobby full of people, perhaps you should consider no MVP’s and just get the cuts done. Checked in online for my son at 4:35….it’s currently 6:01. Still waiting. I was also “on-deck” when I left the house at 5:10."

"They did an excellent job with not only the cut itself but "prescribing" a new haircut for me to use to adopt a different style.Great atmosphere, just keep in mind that there could possibly be a long wait!! Try to make an appointment online, it's worth it and it makes it easier for you and them."

"I will say their cuts are good. They are patient with my kids and blend my kids hair very nicely compared to other places. But I will say this is not the place to go if you are in a hurry or expect to get in and out. Their is typically one, and if you’re lucky two stylist working, therefore making the wait time exceptionally long for the few clients on the board."
