"Kim was rude in the moat professional way she could be. No one ever explained that can not eat with the retainer that is to last me for a while up until the 3rd one was made. Then I was notified that the fake tooth was going to cost 150 not the retainer part.Dr toft has always been amazing in handling his patients but his wife and Co owner Kim really needs to actually listen to what a patient has said and where her employees failed to inform. I really did like this location but for Kim to be so short and not understanding really upset me. I will never go back to this establishment and I will definitely make sure the chickasaw nation stops using them as well"
