I nicely told lady in shipping that that is a problem and she started arguing with me, so with that attitude obviously they are not going to improve this place. Mud reaching your ankles everywhere. Loading is fast Truckers go to scale first, call number on the board, park and wait for phone call and dock assignment Update, appointment at 7. Nobody answers phone, doors are locked, cannot go in to check in. Just stupid"

"Arrived 1130 for 1400 appointment. Dock at 1145 paperwork in hand 1300. I80 Exit 77 north side of highway take Rowley Rd turn right into facility. Get on scale for empty weight and call shipping office. They come out to to when done loading and seal load. Get loaded weight, park, then get paperwork at office."
