"Definitely recommend for children! It was a new dentist for my 6 year old and first time ever at the dentist for my 2 year old! The staff made the experience comfortable for both of them, and they absolutely loved waiting for the trains to come back by in the room! It was fast and didn’t have to wait and all the staff were extremely friendly!"

"A living NIGHTMARE So came hear for a tooth cleaning. They saw a cavity and filled it.. It was so sore gave it time like they said to do. Only got worse so then went back they said oh it's the white filling some people are allergic to the white filling need to do silver so they removed the white filling put in silver. And hear I'm back hear and it's so painful. I told them I think they hit a nerve when first filling was done over a month ago. No no they said it's not even deep.. Well obviously they were wrong out of negligence or intentionally didn't want to admit they drilled too deep. I'm back with the same dentist.. I will update .. This has been going on for over a month. What was supposed to be a regular. Cleaning has turned into a nightmare. I wish I would have said No to a filling. Just saw the dentist he says nothing is wrong. Even though I can't chew and am in incredible pain. I asked him what do you do if patient says they have this problem? He said probably do a root canal but he doesn't see that warranted .. to do that. According to film.. Don't come to this Dentist!!!!!! He sent me out the office with my tooth hurting and said he had to send me to the dental Depot on Northwest 23rd. For a second opinion. So they sent me to Northwest 23rd dental Depot it was totally different experience. Of course the staff at Northwest Rockwell are amazing and the staff at Northwest 23rd or amazing. But for my experience it's just been my experience.... Dr Omar at Northwest 23rd was amazing!!! The doctor at Rockwell was just very defensive with me and saying that there was no trust in our relationship and crazy stuff and just basically shut down and just sent me the 23rd which actually was great because Dr Omar at Northwest 23rd is amazing his bedside manner is much better than that dentist at Northwest Rockwell. He was very honest and very calm with me and he said sir you need to have a root canal he said it's $800 and then probably another $2,000 for the crown and I said I can't afford that and he said your insurance won't pay for that either and I said so the only option is to pull the tooth and he said yes or I could do a root canal and then come back like a year later and do the crown and I just chose to pull the tooth. But Dr Omar sent me down and he talked to me calmly and just basically was an amazing doctor and I totally recommend going to North West 23rd that dental Depot and ask for Dr Omar he's amazing.."

"THE best dental office in America. Don’t even think about going anywhere else. Dr. Austin Keaster is fantastic. Very caring and sincerely interested. Gentle, skilled. The staff is spectacular. Shelli and Nicole are out front, and they are simply wonderful. They gave me free stuff, too. But it was their warm personalities and beautiful smiles that were special. Mary was a great dental assistant. Sweet, caring. Told me everything I wanted to know and was always with me. She was focused on my needs. And then there’s the absolutely gorgeous facility. It’s a train depot, and it is special outside and in. They even have a train that runs continuously between the many rooms. This is the dental office for you"
