"I had to come in for a cleaning and a tooth pulled .Everything seemed to be ok at first. I received a telephone call before my appointment and the receptionist said they refused to give me gas for my dental appointment. I explained I just had surgery my entire leg was in a cast and I broke my neck twice. I could not hold my mouth open for that long without being in pain I could not get out of. I explained I have Dystonia along with TMJ and that alone makes it impossible to keep my mouth open that long. I paid cash so that wasn’t a problem. When I asked what is The problem she said because it’s a drug. A dental hygienist is against giving any drug to a patient. I was denied gas that any dentist gives for almost any reason. They did not care at all I was in surgery 4 days before this.. The Dentist knew I had my neck broken recently. The dystonia and TMJ WAS REASON ENOUGH. IF I WAS nervous, that would’ve been reasonable enough to have the gas while they pulled the tooth and the cleaning. This was handled like babies were behind the counter. When I got a filling four weeks before this they filled my tooth with temporary filling. What were they thinking. Save yourself agony. Don’t go there. Kimberly Lyn"
