"After I was gaslighted at a local dentist and would not be able to be seen for an emergency dental care they place my appointment out in March 21 and April 10. I called two other dental clinics. They just wouldn’t budge over policy instead of being in to see the dentist on an emergent matter, so I started looking around and, my Global Health, Medicare advantage plan customer service, direct me over to the Aspen dental site and I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours and be seen in tomorrow morning. I will begin my treatment plan. From the office staff to the hygienist to the dentist everyone in the Ardmore, Oklahoma office is phenomenal. They are thoughtful, caring, authentic, and all around nice people. My insurance, which is a Medicare advantage plan in Oklahoma does not cover the dentist in this office but covers the office and they don’t have any out of network benefits. So instead of having to drive to Norman Oklahoma, round-trip for several weeks and then ongoing maintenance it’s almost 200 miles round-trip to me I bought the dental plan for $39 and my husband is under my insurance and he doesn’t have local coverage I added him for another $20 They also offered me a genius or OB brushing system For $50-$80 less than Amazon This one is very technological helpful on how hard brushing or it alerts you to you not brushing up for enough time and it reminds you. It’s very logically savvy. Oral genius with us round brush with three attachments better known as brushing heads. Please choose this office for your hometown dental care, and you will not be let down"

"The staff were great! I do wish dental could be considered to be listed on medical insurance. Dentistry is expensive and dental insurance is terrible … no dental coverage at the time because the last two only covered your cleaning and exam so your in a mess if something bad happens and you don’t have extra 5,000 or more that you can spare…Not the staffs fault. It’s just the way it is. I do thank the staff for being so kind."
