Maddy helped me the most and was able to get me into the apartment I wanted in the time frame necessary. Apartment was very clean upon moving in and love the home automation. Property is well lit and seems to be very well maintained."

Madilyn in particular has been extremely helpful. She made the process of moving in and out go smooth and has made it easy whenever we needed assistance with something during our time here. "We still don't speak English well. I contacted 12 condominiums by e-mail and message. TWELVE. Parc ridge was the only one who answered me (non-automatically), and they gave me an incredible service! Jason Konkle, and Justin Schneider and especially Madilyn Jensen were completely attentive, helpful, agile and understanding. Our application was made in an easy and uncomplicated way. In addition to the condominium being very well cared for, beautiful and clean too! I would definitely recommend it!!"

"Parc Ridge has been my home for almost two years now. My girlfriend and I moved here from out of state shortly after the complex opened. We took an online tour but largely moved in blindly, and we could not be happier with the result. Our space is wonderful with a beautiful view of the mountains from our deck. We have had 3 property managers during our time here -- Jason, McCall and Kennedee -- all of which have been outstanding. The maintenance team headed by Will are equally excellent and have resolved several general upkeep requests faster than I could snap my fingers. I've lived in several apartment complexes over the past 10 years, and this is far-and-away the best experience I have personally had. Thank you Parc Ridge!"
