"Worst mechanics I ever dealt with. I took my truck in for repair and it was running fine when I dropped it off. A month later and they screwed it up to where it didn't even run and I had to pay to get it towed to another shop to be fixed. Unprofessional, terrible service. Do not take your vehicle there. They don't even have a capable mechanic. I drove my truck in there and had to get it towed out.."

Have taken my 09 Ford Edge to Frank's Auto Shop twice and both time was given excellent Customer Service. 1st time they were prompt on diagnosis and repair without breaking my pocket book. 2nd time....no big issue. They checked it very well, drove it around and came back with the good news that "it's running as it should". There was no charge for the service and I feel were honest and gave quick service.
