"I used Zabriskie law firm for my case. When the initial sign up with them we were greeted and given a great idea of where our case would go. But once off the phone a different guy shows up for my court date and did nothing for me and was late more then 2 times for my case. He didn’t stand up for me or ever even talk and I ended up getting triple the amount of time my PSI recommended by AP&P and he just sat there and shhh’d me not even stating facts or letting my voice be heard. I would never recommend Steve Allred to anyone. He literally acts bother to even be at court every time and like you are wasting his time and never lets you know what’s going on before going up to the stand. I did my time and I’m working on myself cause I couldn’t change anything once he dropped the ball but do not waste your money here I would have gotten less time with a free LDA."

"I was pulled over and sent to jail for a DUI after blowing a zero alcohol level and passing a urine test administered by a nurse from the Provo police station. You can find my review with the Provo police station under my name. I decided to hire a lawyer because I was scared that I could get charged with a felony and sent to jail when I didn’t commit a crime. I never told the police that I was guilty their excuse for taking me in was that their could be something in my system and it’s not showing. I had to call my lawyer when I went to court because he was not there. I spoke to the secretary and she told me that I didn’t have court while I was calling them from the Provo court house. She then said she would let my lawyer know. Then my lawyer showed up and went in a room to discuss my case with the prosecutors. My blood results had came back and were also showing nothing. The lawyer was so happy for me that he could get me off with just me taking some AA classes.. and I wouldn’t be charged with anything. Why would I need to take classes when I had nothing in my system. I ended up spending around $4000 dollars from getting back my car from the tow yard to the lawyer and then the classes. I hired my lawyer expecting him to fight for me and ask why was I even taken to jail that night when I was never impaired. Zabriskie definitely gave me a low price however as the saying goes you get what you paid for. I myself am going to speak to the Provo police and try to get some reimbursement unless Zabriskie wants to try and really want to help me out themselves. I recently went to get insurance and the DUI shows up for them when running my name. So even though I was never charged it still affecting my life. I want Zabriskie to reach out to me so we can resolve my case in the right way. If not I have no problem myself in contacting the Provo Police and working on it myself."
