"Amazing customer services the staff are so nice and WANT to help you in anyway they can.. I love how it was explained to me when I asked about the process and how successful they are, one of the Paralegals said "I would say 95% of my clients are happy with the works that's been performed and then you have 5% of people that just aren't happy with anything."
