"I had scheduled an hour consultation and didn't receive any emails, calls, texts or any other string of communication until the day of consultation via a reminder text. They had no problems charging me but provided next to nothing in direction let alone services. When requesting a refund I got nothing but message machines. Then I went to the website and tried the contact us route via the website. It worked and I was contacted by phone and they said they were waiting on me and that the meeting was open already. This was not clarified at all to me and there was no links via text or email and no phone calls either. The lady seemed upset and asked me what I would like to do so I asked for my money back. She sounded upset again, and said it would be processed then hung up on me. After attempting to reach out again to assure that my refund was being processed, all I got in return was the AI text bot and absolutely no help at all regarding their poor and unprofessional handling of potential customers. You can see within the last month or so, these offices are lacking in their level of professionalism. Please don't reply saying how sorry you are about my experience, I already know it's either AI generated or insincere."

"Called looking for business contract legal help, their receptionist was condescending, offered me a 30 min time slot for $250, I said I would like to ask a question or two of the attorney first to make sure it was the right fit, and she immediately hung up on me! Super rude. Hope they lose enough business to discover a better way to work with prospective new clients."

"I can't recommend them. I paid them $200 for some advice. I paid for 30 minutes but she talked to me for longer than that which was nice and she was sympathizing however there were times when she was talking over me because she didn't want to listen to what I had to say. She said she would help me with something later on and so I called back and never got an answer. So I called back the office and when I was leaving a voicemail they hung up on me during the voicemail. And they never called me back. So I'm just not very good service. I don't recommend them. I mean maybe if you actually get a hold of them and they actually talk to you they would do some good from what it sounds like if I talk to her first before the other lawyer I had I would have been better off but they've just been ignoring me and hanging up on me while I'm leaving a voicemail so I don't recommend them"
