Call this number go to this office and you might fix your problem for free...if it doesn't work we can probably fix all of your problems for about 1250-2000 and he said 2000 was stretching it a little. So do your research."

"I hired polston to resolve my tax issue. I was hopeful after speaking with the initial person it could possibly be reduced. After signing up I was told it could be resolved fairly quickly if I provided the information in a timely manner. After this I did not hear from anyone for months. After contacting them I was told my case had been transferred to another attorney. I received a couple of communications, then nothing. Then after a few more months I was able to speak to someone and was told my case was once again given to someone else. Fast forward to almost 3 years, my case has been settled with no reduction but at least I now have a payment plan. My last attorney was horrible at responding or returning calls but the company was always on time taking their payment."

When I demanded answers they canceled the contract and left me out thousands of dollars. I went directly to the IRS and two phone calls and one letter I got the $24,000 bill reduced to nothing myself. Their motto should be the longer it takes the more Polston Tax makes. Do not get in a contract with these scammers."

"DO NOT STOP READING THIS POST. First of all if you're thinking about using Polston Tax, I recommend you don't. Back in 2013, I paid them a $9900 retainer fee to help me with filing and owing for 2011-2013, both business and personal. One of the reasons I did this was because I was going through a divorce and we had to get things settled. They promised me the world and I was desperate. They told me it would take 2-3 years to get back in good standing with OTC and IRS with some sort of settlement, which I was great with. I was completely compliant with them. Did everything they said. That being said, my tax problem is 10x worse than it was before I hired them. They NEVER negotiated with the OTC or the IRS. Years have gone by and zero has been done on my behalf. I now have liens against me through the OTC. It is completely embarrassing and has ruined my credit. Not exaggerating, but I probably had 8 different people working on my case. They just kept passing me off to the next person in line. Being a client of Polston has caused me nothing but stress, anxiety and insurmountable debt that I have no clue how to absolve. I can't even tell you how many people I have reached out to regarding my case. No one has helped. I've even emailed Rod directly with zero response. I paid them $350 a month for over 6 years for their services as well. They offered me nothing other than filing my taxes. I wished I could go back in time to 2013 and never got on board with them. They took me for over $35,000 and did nothing for me. I could go on and on. Please, if you're reading this up to this point DO NOT use Polston Tax. You will regret it. And by most of the other reviews I see, I'm just one of many that have gotten completely ripped off. STAY AWAY!"
