She kept me in the loop with anything and everything regarding my case. She never hesitated to give guidance when needed and explained the game plan from the beginning to the very end. "Unfortunately we worked with Lauren Campbell. We hired them for a probate that they over charged us for and also collected funds for things that were never taken care of. We went to a different lawyer who took care of it for a fraction of the price and got everything done in an orderly manner. I believe Ball Morse Lowe would’ve charged us near 15k or more for something other lawyers, and better lawyers, only charge $3500 for. Also, in probate, they are not supposed to collect any funds until after it’s settled and they had us pay everything upfront. I wouldnt do business with this outfit if they were the only ones available, and I’d recommend you look elsewhere too."

"Karen Pearson was awesome in the first court appearance and was able to help a obtain a VPO against the defendant. However, the defendant did not comply with the court order and I reached out to Ms. Pearson for us to go back before the judge to have defendant comply. That was the last I heard from her except billing me for an additional two grand. I called several times to find out what the court had done but she was always out of the office and never returned my call. I would have initially recommended her but not even getting a followup phone call from her to let me know what had happened is so very unprofessional I would NEVER use this firm again. They like the money but doesn’t care about their clients"
